Supplemental Life Insurance
In addition to basic life insurance, you can choose optional life insurance. You receive Ohio State Waterproofing group rates, and you pay for coverage with after-tax dollars.
For yourself: You can purchase additional coverage of one Flat amounts of $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, $150,000, or $200,000. Your rates depend on your age.
For your spouse: You can also purchase coverage for your spouse. Keep in mind, your spouse’s coverage may not be more than 50% of your coverage amount up to $50,000.
For your children: You can also purchase coverage for your children. Your children’s coverage may not be more than 10% of your coverage amount up to $10,000.
Additionally, WillPrep Services are available to members with Voluntary Life plans. Keeping an up-to-date will is essential to ensuring that your assets are distributed as you intended, no matter the size of your estate.

Supplemental Whole Life Insurance
Ohio State Waterproofing offers Whole Life Insurance group rates, and you pay for coverage with after-tax dollars. You can elect Life insurance in increments of $10,000 up to $50,000. You can cover your spouse and child. Whole Life coverage is only offered during the Open Enrollment period each July.
